I was hooked by the comic’s adventurous and relatable concept: surviving a crushing breakup, while living in a world emerging from an enormous disaster that the government assures everyone is already mostly through its own recovery, despite overwhelming evidence to the  contrary. It’s the car accident you can’t look away from. C Hill pulls off everything I want from a narrative.
